Like a translucent bubble of serenity, we come to huddle in the hollow of the rock, sheltered from the wind and in withdrawal of the ruin. Offering then rooms as well as meditation spaces turned towards the sea, full of light and with a relaxing atmosphere in contrast with the wellness area. The latter is located as close as possible to the rock, sheltered from view. Thus, deployed on three floors, a natural ventilation system takes place in the main core of the building. The thermal contribution of the technical space in the basement as well as the heated spaces at the wellness area level are recovered allowing a ventilation by convection. The thermal inertia of the adobe walls conducts this warm air while structuring the interior spaces. Finally, in response to this unique landscape, the glass pavement reflects this setting, blurring the building and offering a soft and vaporous setting to its occupants. The insulating characteristics of the glass pavement reduce the thermal dispersion of heat, while reducing energy consumption. It is both an economical and durable material.
